I Infinite Loop -- The Icons

In January 1998, I was dispatched to San Francisco to cover the Macworld trade show. I rented a car and took a nice drive down to Cupertino to see where Apple lives. Well, here's where Apple lives --- 1 Infinite Loop, Cupertino, Calif. These icons on the lawn are likely there to promote Mac OS 8 -- I think that would have been circa 1998. Apple was going through some turmoil at this time. Gil Amelio would have been CEO, soon to be replaced by the second coming of Steve Jobs.
