I receive no fees, considerations, etc. etc. for the posts on this blog nor do I have any plans to accept any. My salary is paid by Canwest Global Communications Corp. I work for that company as the Ottawa-based National Affairs Correspondent for Canwest News Service.

Elections Canada ramps up staffing

Michael Ignatieff on June 2, 2009: "I don't want an election. Canadians don't want an electio. But here's where I am . . . I'm trying to make Parliament work with a government that every day is displaying more flagrant examples of incompetence."
