This shot is taken from my office at 12:43 pm, about 20 minutes after Prime Minister Harper spoke, but I stood on the steps of the Hill and counted myself [how do you do that?] as the PM spoke and my estimate was about 5,000.

Organizers believe they attracted somewhere north of 6,000 and less than 10,000.
