The Western Standard, a voice of (largely) Western-based Conservatives, has shut down its print edition. Publisher Ezra Levant says the twice-a-month publication wasn't close to making a profit. The Standard claims it had a readership of about 250,000.

Au contrair mon frere Liberal, it will be missed dearly as now there is only the voices of eastern Liberals floating about. I'm sure the CBC and the rest of the MSM must be smiling as I gather you are too. Too bad, the Standard was a breath of fresh air in the stagnant and one sided "progressive" news we all must endure.
