I've always thought Peter Milliken was knowledgeable and capable, however I've been consistently disappointed with the blase approach he takes regarding decorm. He has the authority to remove disruptive individuals from the floor, but rarely (if ever) has he done so.
He knows the rules, he knows the responses, he should be enforcing them. Hopefully, he has the wherewithal to actually get tough on the House. |
